Welcome to My Calc Rob! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the My Calc Rob mobile application (the “App”), developed and operated by Chemmatrix Inc. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

My Calc Rob is an all-in-one utility application offering 165+ calculation and conversion tools spanning mathematics, financial analysis, stock market analytics, health metrics, construction estimations, unit conversions, and academic tools.

2. Important Disclaimers

A. Financial & Stock Market Disclaimer

For Informational & Educational Purposes Only: All financial, investment, stock market, tax, dividend, option pricing (Black-Scholes/Greeks), mortgage, and EMI calculations performed by the App are mathematical estimations intended strictly for educational and informational purposes.
Not Financial Advice: The App does not provide professional financial, investment, accounting, tax, or legal advice. You should consult a licensed financial advisor, certified accountant, or broker before making financial decisions or execution of trades.
No Guarantee of Market Accuracy: Stock market formulas rely on user-entered variables (such as volatility, interest rates, and strike prices). Market prices fluctuate continuously, and the App assumes no liability for trading losses, missed opportunities, or financial discrepancies.

B. Medical & Health Disclaimer

Not Medical Advice: Calculations such as Body Mass Index (BMI), Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR), calorie needs, drug dosage estimations, GFR, or pregnancy due dates are general statistical indicators only.
Consult Healthcare Professionals: The App is not a certified medical device and must never replace professional diagnosis, treatment, or advice from qualified physicians or medical authorities.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All code, visual designs, icons, algorithms, graphics, UI elements, and trademarks associated with My Calc Rob are the exclusive property of Chemmatrix Inc. and protected by copyright, trademark, and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

4. Ads, Rewarded Features, and In-App Purchases / Subscriptions

Ad-Supported App: The App is offered free of charge supported by Google Mobile Ads (AdMob).
Rewarded Ad Unlocks: Certain advanced or premium calculator features may be temporarily unlocked by voluntarily watching rewarded video advertisements.
In-App Subscriptions & Billing: If you purchase a premium ad-free subscription or unlock pass, payment will be processed through your Google Play Store account under Google Play Billing terms. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date via your Google Play account settings.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or extract source code from the App.
Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the App.
Automated scraping or extracting calculation algorithms for commercial redistribution.
Bypass or tamper with any advertising mechanisms, subscription access controls, or security protocols.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
In no event shall Chemmatrix Inc., its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, trading loss, data loss, or business interruption) arising out of or related to your use of the App.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
